Supports with administrative, time and attendance, and onboarding duties and projects.

Job Duties:

Review, edit and approve timecards in preparation of payroll processing
Prepare, distribute and maintain spreadsheet of disciplinary action pertaining to current attendance policy
Establish and maintain employee records in the HRIS
Prepares, enters and communicates employee separations  
Assists employees with resetting passwords and entering time off into ADP
Provides continuous communication and training to managers/supervisors regarding time and attendance
Conducts onboarding weekly informing employees on benefit enrollment and enrolling employees into the timeclock using biometrics
Provides administrative tasks such maintaining spreadsheets, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and communicating with supervisors
Other tasks or projects as assigned

Job Qualifications:


Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience using ADP Workforce Now
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills
Must possess good problem-solving skills
Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees and vendors
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Must be dedicated to continuous improvement
Willingness to work as team member or independently
