General Labor / Quality Inspection Associate
Job Summary:
The General Labor / Quality Inspection Associate is responsible for supporting daily operations through hands-on production work, quality inspections, and material handling. This role requires physical stamina, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues to ensure products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and customer specifications

Identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues to supervisors

Assist with general labor tasks such as sorting, packaging, labeling, and assembly

Operate manual and electrical pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures

Support problem-solving efforts related to quality or production concerns

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods

Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions

Energetic, reliable, and motivated with a strong work ethic

Experience using manual and/or electric pallet jacks preferred (training may be provided)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs (as applicable)

Standing and moving for extended periods during shifts
-
May work in warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments
