Stamping Press Operator – Set-Up Experience

We are looking for an experienced Stamping Press Operator with Set-Up Experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in operating and setting up stamping presses in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate stamping presses safely and efficiently
- Set up presses, dies, tooling, and production equipment
- Perform die changes and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
- Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot basic production issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Previous stamping press operation experience required
- Press set-up and die change experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Manufacturing experience preferred

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 hour, based on experience
