Job Responsibilities
- Build and assemble honeycomb packaging materials according to production requirements.
- Work at a fast and consistent pace throughout the shift.
- Lift, carry, and move heavy buckets and production materials.
- Load and unload materials used during the manufacturing process.
- Scrape and remove dried glue from machines and production equipment.
- Keep machines and work areas clean and free of excess glue and debris.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing.
- Assist with general production and material handling as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain good attendance and arrive ready to work each scheduled shift.
Physical Requirements
This is a highly physical position. Candidates should understand the demands of the job before accepting the assignment.
Employees must be able to:
- Perform physically demanding work for the entire shift.
- Regularly lift and carry heavy materials and buckets.
- Stand and move for extended periods.
- Bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
- Work quickly while maintaining safety and quality.
- Handle a fast-paced production environment with limited downtime.
