1ST Shift CNC Programmer
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
A great attitude! 2 years of some programming experience, some independent set-ups, & operator experience of CNC machinery. Perform a first part inspection, knowledge of G & M codes, knowledge of Mazatrol, trouble shooting skills, able to upload and download programs, set-up repeat-jobs and edit programs as needed. Must be proficient with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gages and other devices used for checking dimensions. Able to do tool & insert changes, replace and reset tooling and adjust tool and work off-sets. Have basic blueprint reading and basic computer skills. Perform prescribed quality checks. Perform required preventive maintenance on CNC machines and equipment.
